Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how this personal website, itauditor.co.in ("this site"), operated by Ravindra Gandhi, collects and uses information from visitors. It does not describe how CertiTrust Consulting, the firm through which I deliver consulting engagements, handles client data under a signed engagement — that is governed separately by CertiTrust's own engagement terms.
Information I Collect
- Information you submit through the contact form on this site (name, email address, and message content). This is sent directly to my email inbox via the site's server-side form handler; it is not stored in any database on this site.
- No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are active on this site at present. See the Cookie Policy for details and for how that would change if this is ever introduced.
How I Use It
- Solely to respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form, by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
What I Don't Do
- I don't sell, rent, or share visitor information with third parties.
- I don't use this site to collect information for CertiTrust Consulting client engagements.
- I don't run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
Third-Party Services Linked From This Site
This site links out to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and an Outlook-hosted scheduling page for booking a conversation. Each is operated by its respective provider under its own privacy policy; information you share on those platforms is governed by their terms, not this one.
Data Retention
Contact form messages, received by email, are retained only as long as needed to respond to and resolve the enquiry, then deleted from active correspondence in the ordinary course of mailbox housekeeping.
Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal data you've submitted through this site, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing (for example, optional cookies, if ever enabled). Visitors in India may exercise these rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; visitors in the EU/UK may do so under the GDPR/UK GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, email audit@itauditor.co.in — as the sole operator of this site, I act as my own grievance and data protection point of contact and will respond within a reasonable time.

If the data this site collects or the tools it uses ever changes — for example, if analytics is introduced — this policy and the cookie banner will be updated first, before that change takes effect.
